A Change in the Winds
I can't even begin to tell you how much I'm loving the weather here right now. The mornings are a little too chilly, yes, but the afternoons could not be more perfect! It's absolutely gorgeous!
The weather definitely compliments the return from our fall break. Which, I must say, was fantastic. I needed the break from school so badly! It was nice to relax for a few days. I went home and spent some quality time with my family. Did some shopping, some sleeping, and a lot of eating! :-) We actually ended up going to the Louisiana Tech game against Boise State. That was surprisingly fun!

I also got to see Mercy Me in concert at my aunt's church in West Monroe, where my parents live now. It was pretty awesome. I'm amazed that the lead singer could perform for so long without losing his voice at all. I have trouble singing everyday and not losing all feeling in my vocal chords! The whole concert was just incredibly impressive. Even the opening acts blew me away. And the audience was so into it all, that it was hard not to get caught up in it!

Oh, and just to let you all know, CHOR and ZTA both are doing quite well in intramural football! Play-off games are tonight, so that's gonna be awesome! I can't wait to get out there. I can't say that there has ever been a dull moment out on the field during these games.

I'll be sure to let you know the turn-out on our games. It would be pretty freaking cool if both of my teams win tonight!!!
That's about it for now. Not too much is going on right now, so this blog is a little dull. But hopefully things will pick up again soon!!
