Back in the Saddle Again...
Since Mindy's title reminded me of a western movie, I decided to be super cool and try and make mine sound like one too.
Anyway, Christmas break was phenomenal! Quick summary: I worked pretty much everyday even Christmas Eve, slept ALOT, and hung out with some old friends, and spent way too much money shopping! I went to Austin to watch the Gent's play basketball vs. UT which was really fun, and pretty close. For New Year's I went bowling with the family and a friend from Centenary. Towards the end of the break my sister got engaged, and I went to a Rocket's game. Also, my sister and I came back on Saturday so we could watch the basketball game, and thank goodness we did because the guys played amazing! That just about hits all the highlights.

Oh yeah, and my mom made us rake leaves so we jumped in them. This is me and my little brother.

This is my sister and her soon-to-be husband after he proposed!

Bowling, my little brother really didn't want to take the pic!
So as everyone knows classes started Monday. Let me just say... this semester is going to be a lot of work! I'm in Microeconomics, Latin American Literature in the 20th century, Spanish conversation lab, Stats, Stats lab, Social Responsibility, and Senior Seminar. My favorite class so far is conversation lab. It's really fun, and it is awesome to be able to speak Spanish for long periods of time because I usually don't have a chance to. I'm kind of worried about stats because.. well I just am! Anyway, we'll see how it goes.
This season is also tennis season so I'll be pretty busy with that. Everyone should come to our home matches! We have probably twenty matches set up as of now, with a few more to be added. It's my last season to play with my sister so hopefully I'll make the most of it.
Lastly, Mindy is coming to say her goodbyes before she leaves for Hong Kong, I'm pretty sad she is leaving! But at least I'll be able to read her blog!
That's all for now.
Keep it real!
Jenn
