Halloween's Here, Hooray!!

The Gunshy and Andrew Bryant are playing tonight. Whoop! I love live shows. I love radio shows and I think I’m pretty much addicted to music. And I don’t think that’s a problem at all. Sadly, my radio show is tonight during the Gunshy show, but I’ll pop in and out.

Allison and I have started mixing into each other’s shows and it’s been really interesting. Basically she laughs a lot at my random comments and voices that I do. Last week I “brought-in” the weather man who told our listeners about the rain. It’s nice to switch things up a bit and throw in some odd and random moments.

OH and PIG SUEEE!. I had a birthday over the weekend and guess what!? I got tickets to the LSU at Arkansas game. So I get to go back home and watch two of my favorite teams compete against each other. It’s one of those fun-random-road-trip things. I-umm… will be wearing red. *cough

Three interesting things are happening this weekend. The first is Nosterafu. The Communications department is sponsoring a showing of the old silent Dracula film. What makes this event even cooler is the fact that The Devil’s ensemble will be playing the soundtrack live. I won’t be able to go though, because of work, but oh well.

The second thing happening is Graveyard, which is the big Halloween party that the TKE’s throw every October. We’re supposed to dress up, but I’m not sure what I want to go as yet. I’m thinking used-car salesman. That might be a little odd though. Sometimes things are just too random. So I’m throwing around some ideas. I remember as a kid one year I was the genie from Aladdin. I was painted all blue and I had these baggy (MC Hammer style) pants. It’s funny the things you remember.

Heaven and Hell is the third thing happening this weekend. On Saturday night the Theta Chi’s are throwing a themed rave asking people to come dressed. Dressed in accordance to the theme that is. Now this is also a problem for me. I don’t know what to wear. Maybe a used-car salesman from hell? Hmm? That’s too redundant.

I’ll tell you how the Gunshy concert and the parties go later this weekend.

Until then,
