What do you mean we already had fall break??
So apparently, we already had fall break. I think I vaguely remember going home and sleeping for fourteen hours, but in any case I don’t think it was long enough. Luckily, Centenary College does not miss a beat and was relatively unaffected by the four-day break. I was worried for a second that I wouldn’t necessarily be able to jump back into things after a long luxurious break like that. Rest assured though, in the swing of things I most certainly am. I’ve had two calculus tests (got to love Dr. Thomas :) ), an FYE proposal, two Philosophy Talk events, a Communications presentation, and an English essay. The only thing that would have made my week more stressful would have been if my computer crashed…oh wait, it did.
Maybe “crashed” is a bit of an exaggeration. For some reason I can no longer get the internet in my dorm room because there is some kind of internal problem with the Ethernet port or some nonsense like that. In today’s world however, or at least in my world, the Internet is key for college survival. I mean how can I possibly write a good essay when I don’t know who has written on my facebook wall?
Anyway, I had a busy but good week. While I don’t have pictures for my faithful followers today (Mom and Dad), I have included some links to facebook organizations and causes that I am affiliated with here on campus and in society if anyone is interested. Visit them. Don’t visit them. The ball is really in your court.
Happy Freak Week!
