Calculus and Religion...not a bad way to pass the time

It has been a busy week and a half...I have to agree with Ross in that papers and tests tend to come on all at once. Speaking of though, remember all that calculus homework? We got our tests back today, and I actually wanted to take a picture of it and post on my blog, but was laughed at when I said it aloud, so that idea was scratched. Point: I made an "A" and was practically doing victory laps around Wright (the math building). You have to understand, I had well over six HOURS of tutoring for this test and studied before and after each session. That was easily the most exciting part of my week.

My brother is four grades ahead of me, so the last time we were in school together I was in the first grade. He attends Centenary also and ended up taking a year off, so his Senior year is this year. I can already tell I am going to miss him being on campus when he graduates. He's a Religious Studies major, and they have a lounge where he works. I go in there during my break whenever I have a test to study for, homework to do, or in today's case, I need a nap. It works out fantastically except for one thing...we never get anything done.

We both sit down with reading to do or notes to study and end up talking about everything - Calculus homework, slave religion, how we probably would not have wanted to be Plato's friend...you name it. It is so much fun, but not the most productive place in the world.

That's all I've got, so until next time,
