Crunch Time!

Hey Everyone!

So the Semester is winding down in a big way. So many things have gone on in the past 2 weeks. But before that, I went to the beach with my family on Easter break....it was 50 degrees every day! Not the best situation, but we had a great holiday.

Last week was Eleusinian, which is a dinner thrown by Shreveport Chi Omega alumni to honor the seniors of Centenary's chapter, Iota Gamma. The dinner was held at Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club and we all had a great time. There was even a surprise at the end of the night. We had a candle light to reveal that one of our sisters was engaged...and it was my room mate, Carlie!!!!

Preview weekend was this past weekend, and so was the Marc Broussard concert, and Chi Omega formal. But, Ross already filled yall in about all that.

Last night was Senior Ceremony at the Chi O house, and it finally set in that some of my best friends in the world are leaving! I wish them good luck in the great big world beyond Centenary and in their big grown up girl jobs. I also wish them all the happiness in the world and thank them for their loyal friendship and sisterhood during the time we shared here.

Tonight is honors convocation and this weekend is the big Escaped Images Dance concert, both of which I am very excited about.

Saturday morning Luke and I are running the Spirit Run 5K. We have been training hard core...jk. It should be really fun.

School is winding down, but in a fast-paced way. Everything is due within the next few days before finals begin. I am ready for summer but have to really study hard for the next 2 weeks.

That is kind of the craziness going on here. Have a great weekend!

Acknowledged,

Rebekah
