Centenary College of Louisiana is seeking qualified candidates to serve as part-time Lecturers of Education for the 2011 graduate summer school sessions. Centenary offers Master of Arts in Teaching in both elementary and secondary education through an innovative five-year program for undergraduate students and a vibrant graduate program.

Applicants for the position should have an earned doctorate in education or related field from a regionally accredited institution. Preference will be given to candidates with elementary and/or secondary school teaching experience.

Successful applicants will teach graduate level theory and/or methods courses for alternative certification candidates. Summer school courses are offered Monday-Friday for 3 hours each day. Session I will run from June 6th-24th and Session II from June 27th-July 15th.
