Photography & Videography
External Relations organizes photo and video shoots based on priority and the availability of staff. Photo or video shoots of Centenary events can be requested by submitting a Job Request form here.
Photos taken at College-sponsored events are managed by the Office of External Relations. Please contact Sherry Heflin at email to request copies of archived photos. Photo credit should be given to Centenary College External Relations or whenever photographs are used in publications or online.

Faculty & Staff Headshots
We will now be scheduling several sessions at the beginning of each semester where Sherry Heflin will take headshots for faculty and staff. Whether you are new and need a headshot, or would like your current photo updated, you can schedule to have your photo taken during one of these sessions.
Please be sure to email Dena Pruett at email to reserve your spot during one of the sessions; 24 hours out, if we haven’t received any interest in a particular session, we will cancel that session. All photos will be taken outside of the columns of Mickle Hall; in case of rain, the photos will be moved to the ER studio in the library basement. The following sessions are available over the next two weeks:
- Session 1: Tuesday, August 21, 10:00 am – 11:00am
- Session 2: Thursday, August 23, 11:00am – 12:00pm
- Session 3: Monday, August 27, 9:00am – 10:00am
- Session 4: Wednesday, August 29, 10:00am – 11:00am
Remember, please email Dena Pruett at email to reserve your spot during these sessions. If none of these times work for you, please contact us.
Faces of Centenary
Every few semesters, the Office of External Relations coordinates a photo shoot of faculty, staff and students called Faces of Centenary. These images reflect campus personalities and interests. Photos were first exhibited in the lobby of Magale Library and periodically are used on our website and in publications. Click here to see recent Faces photos.
