Need-Based Scholarships and Grants
Based on information from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), students may qualify for college grants and additional scholarships according to the student’s financial need. The FAFSA should be filed by February 15.
Christian Leadership Center Grants
Admission to the Christian Leadership Center requires an application, essay, and an interview with the Director. Please contact the Center at 318.869.5156 to arrange an interview.
United Methodist Minister’s Dependent Grants
A $5,000 annual grant is awarded to new full-time students who are dependents of a United Methodist minister.
Legacy Award
$1,000 awarded annually to new full-time students whose parent, sibling or grandparent attended Centenary at least one year. Funds limited.
Centenary Methodist Grant
Up to $2,500 awarded annually to new full-time students. Based on need; requires membership in the United Methodist Church and completion of the FAFSA.
Centenary Out-of-State Grant
Up to $3,500 awarded annually to new full-time students. Based on need; requires U.S. residence outside of Louisiana and completion of the FAFSA.
- Note that any combination of Centenary College funds and state TOPS funds may not exceed the cost of tuition and fees.
