Spring Payment Information
Billing invoices were mailed the first week of December. You can check your banner web account to get your Spring 2014 balance. Prior balances must be paid in full. Studnets who have a credit balance, must complete the Financial Agreement Form (Form A).
You can complete Financial Clearance from home by using one of the following options:
Pay Balance in Full: Send your payment for the total due along with the “Financial Agreement Form”. Submit Form A.
Semester Installment Plan: If you are participating in the Installment Plan, send the completed worksheet along with the first payment and the “Financial Agreement Form”. Submit the Form A and Form C.
Ten Month Payment Plan: If you are continuing on the Ten Pay Plan (your payments MUST be current) only send the “Financial Agreement Form”. Submit Form A.
Work Study Program: If you have been approved to participate in the Work Study Program and wish to apply your checks towards your balance send the completed form along with the payment due and the “Financial Agreement Form”. Submit Form A and Form D.
Credit Balance or Zero Balance: If you have a credit balance or zero balance because all charges are covered by financial aid, fee waiver, or other credits, only send the “Financial Agreement Form”. Submit Form A.
Send these documents through the mail to Centenary College Business Office, 2911 Centenary Blvd, Shreveport, Louisiana 71104 or fax to 318-869-5722.
If you must work out special financial arrangements, you cannot complete the “Financial Clearance” process through the mail. The Business Office will be closed December 23, 2013-January 2, 2014. After reviewing the Spring semester’s bill, please complete your student’s financial clearance and return the necessary forms and payment (if payment is due). Even if all charges are covered by financial aid, please complete and return the “Financial Agreement Form”. This will enable us to process your student’s account for “Financial Clearance
The deadline to complete Financial Clearance is Friday, January 3, 2014.
Students will not be allowed to move in residence halls or attend classes until Financial Clearance has been completed.
Late Registration/Financial Clearance begins on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 with a penalty of $135.00-435.00.
Students who complete Financial Clearance between the 1st and 4th class day will receive a $135.00 penalty. Students who complete financial clearance between the 5th and 7th class day will receive an additional $300.00 penalty and their schedules will be purged which will require students to return to their advisor for rescheduling. Students should not expect advisors or instructors to admit them to classes or hold spots when they fail to complete the Financial Clearance process with the Business Office.
- Please Note: No student receiving federal financial aid will be allowed to register until all prior balances have been paid. Regulations prohibit federal funds being used by students to cover prior debts. Even if your student does enroll in any of Centenary College’s payment plans, be sure to clear all prior balances so that your student will be able to complete the registration/financial clearance process.
