Guest House Information & Reservations

  • There are 2 guest houses: 112 E. Wilkinson and 128 E. Wilkinson.

  • Each is furnished as follows:

    • 112. E. Wilkinson

      • 1 king size bed

      • 2 twin size beds

      • 1 bath with bath/shower combo

      • .Living Room with full size sofa bed

      • Dining room

      • Kitchen fully equipped with washer & dryer

    • 128. E. Wilkinson

      • 1 king size bed

      • 1 Queen size bed

      • 1 Full size bed

      • 1 bath with bath/shower combo

      • Living Room

      • Dining room

      • Kitchen fully equipped with washer & dryer

  • All linens are furnished.

  • Each house has a telephone, cable TV, and computer.

  • Fees for Centenary Faculty & Staff guests, alumni, $35.00 per night.

  • The guest’s name, phone number or e-mail address, dates of stay, and account number to be charged are required for reservations.

  • Keys are to be picked up and returned to the Facility Service office located behind the Baseball locker rooms.

  • Guest Houses are non-smoking and all college regulations apply (no alcohol or pets). Guests are expected to abide by the rules and regulations outlined in the current edition of the Centenary College Student Handbook.

  • If you have to cancel your reservation please do so within 72 hours. If not, then you will be billed for the time you reserved.

  • Exceptions to the checkout time may be approved in advance by the Conferences & Facilities Office.

  • If you have an emergency while on campus call the Department of Public Safety at x5000.

  • CHECK IN after 2:00 PM
    CHECK OUT by 12:00 PM
