Facility Services is here for you to maintain resident halls, academic facilities, athletic and outdoor facilities to meet the academic goals of the College. Creating a clean and safe living environment is our priority.
The normal process of submitting maintenance work request is through our online request system located at this link.
When there are emergencies which need immediate attention call the facilities office at office at 318.869.5286 or for after hour and weekend emergencies call DPS at 318.869.5000. Calls to DPS will be forwarded to on call staff as needed.
Custodial staff focuses on the following areas:
Restrooms, classrooms, waste removal, entries, halls, offices, stairs as major functions. Disposal of recycled material, special projects, carpet cleaning and floor waxing.
Campus resident facilities are serviced based on the following Monday - Friday schedule:

| James Annex Residence Hall | 9:15-2:20 |
| James Proper Residence Hall | 9:15am-2:20pm |
| Rotary Residence Hall | 8am-Noon |
| Sexton Residence Hall | 9:15am-2:20pm |
