For EMERGENCIES, services on holidays, and after-hours issues call the Department of Public Safety at 318.869.5000.

For all other inquiries, call  318.869.5286 during normal business hours.

Regular service hours are Monday to Friday: 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. For service call 318.869.5286.

In an emergency needing immediate attention call the Facilities Office at office at 318.869.5286 or for after hour and weekend emergencies call DPS at 318.869.5000. Calls to DPS will be forwarded to on-call staff as needed.
