My phone is not getting any mail, what shoud I do?

  • Turn your phone off and back on
  • Verify your Internet connection by opening your mobile browser (Safari or Internet Explorer)
  • Go to Google and search for anything to make sure it will navigate to the next none cached page.
  • If you are unable to browse the Internet from your mobile device take the device to your carrier
  • Verify your login information is correct by going to the nearest computer and going to http://www.centenary.edu, Click Email for Employees, and login.
  • If you are able to login, re-enter the password on your device (refer to this article for directions on how to do so)
  • Check your mail for changes
