All I see is a blank white screen when I open Banner.

This typically means that the user does not have administrator privileges on the computer where the JInitiator (the java plugin) is being installed or used. An administrator for each computer must install INB/JInitiator. ONLY the administrator, or user with administrative rights, will have rights to install the JInitiator.

An alternative would be for the administrator to define a user as an administrator on the local computer.
