How do I setup my voice mail?
My voicemail isn't working / doesn't pick up
If your voice mail stops picking up (working), the most likely cause is cancellation of the call forwarding. In order to set it up again perform the following:
- Pick up the phone handset.
- Dial *1 5799.
- Hang up.
- Pick up the handset again.
- Dial *2 5799.
- Hang up.
If your phone never rings but you get voice mail, all calls are probably forwarded to voice mail. In order to cancel it; perform the following:
- Pick up the phone handset.
- Dial #3.
- Hang up.
