How do I scan a document to an email address?

  • Make sure the copier is on
  • Press send on the screen
  • Press address book
  • In the "address book" drop down choose your department or "all"
  • In Type All should already be selected, if not select it Press the persons name you want to send to, the brown icon is to a folder the white icon is to email
  • Press OK
  • Press the start button
