How do I add an account for mail merge?
* Close Outlook

  • Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mail
  • Click Show Profiles > Add
  • Name it what you want
  • Click Manually configure server settings...
  • Click Next
  • Choose Microsoft Exchange... > Next
  • Server: exchmb.centenary.local
  • Username: if the email address is soccer@centenary.edu then type soccer in this field.
  • Click Next > Finish
