CATERING ASSISTANT

Department: Sodexho Food Service
Reports To: Catering Director
Status: Full or Part Time

Summary:

Assist with caterings on and off-campus, overseeing production of set-ups, and clean-up of events, organize catering room, and assist in weekly inventory of product. Depending on catering events, other task will be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be motivated
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must have at minimum 2 years experience in catering
  • Must be able to adapt to and learn through on the job training
  • Must be willing to work long hours and overtime if needed
