KSCL

Station Manager: Cara Lavender
Advisor: Dr. Micheal Laffey

What We're About
KSCL is a non-commercial educational radio station. As such, its purpose is to provide the campus and local community with informative news, weather, educational segments, and public service announcements as well as providing listeners with an alternative to the broadcast material typical of commercial radio stations in the Shreveport-Bossier area. It should, therefore, educate, entertain, and introduce the campus and community (as well as the DJs themselves) to new and often unknown artists from a variety of genres and provide these artists with the exposure that allows them to eat meals on a regular basis.
