The Moore Student Union Building (SUB) offers an environment for students to relax, hang out, play games, watch TV and grab a bite to eat. Serving as the hub of student life, it is located in the middle of the Centenary campus.
open 8am – midnight, 7 days a week
The SUB is designed to be a student-friendly environment. There are many different areas for the students to relax and maybe sit and watch some TV. For those that aren't looking to relax, there are ping-pong tables, dart boards, a new foosball table, and a new pool table. You can check-out all the necessary equipment from the SUB info desk by just using your Centenary ID.
The SUB is home to many student organizations.
- Conglomerate (Newspaper)
- KSCL (Radio Station)
- Pandora (Literary Magazine)
- Yoncopin (Yearbook)
- Centenary Actives Board (Programming Board)
- Student Government Association
If you are hungry any time of the day, stop by Randle's. Randle's is located on the main floor of the SUB and is open Monday – Thursday from 10am – 10pm. Friday you can stop by from 10am - 7pm and they are closed on the weekend. Randle's has a variety of food items, drinks, and coffee. Beginning this fall, Late Night (a meal traditionally served at 10pm in the cafeteria) will be moving to the SUB. In addition to the delicious meal, certain nights will feature entertainment. Make sure to stop by and see what’s going on.
The Bookstore is also located on the main floor of the SUB and it provides all your textbook needs. In addition to the books, stop by to purchase a Centenary t-shirt or that last-minute item for class that you may need. The bookstore is open from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Need to contact them? Call 318-869-5278 or check out their website.
The Student Mailboxes are located on the Lower Level of the SUB. Don’t forget to check your mail often. That’s one of the ways the College communicates with you. You can also buy stamps and mail packages.
Next to your student mailbox is the Student Life Office. In this area you will find a friendly face to answer your questions. It is home to the Offices of Residence Life, Student Involvement and the Dean of Students.
