Group Fitness

Centenary Fitness Classes offer a great workout and a chance to interact with your peers in a healthy, fun-filled environment. Whether you are looking for a morning, mid-day, or evening workout, the Fitness Center has the class for you.

The following classes are free for all Centenary students and faculty/staff, and Centenary Fitness Center members. Daily guests are welcomed to join as well.

Monday:

  • 12:00-1:00pm: Pilates

  • 5:30-6:30pm: Spin/Abs

  • 5:30-6:30pm: Yoga

  • 7:00-8:30pm: Karate

Tuesday:

  • 7:15-7:45am: Total Body

  • 12:00-1:00pm: Yoga

  • 5:30-6:30pm: Zumba®

Wednesday:

  • 12:00-1:00pm: Pilates

  • 5:30-6:30pm: Spin/Abs

  • 7:00-8:30pm: Karate

Thursday:

  • 7:15-7:45am: Total Body
