Senator Russell moves to pull off the table Resolution 0506_06 Resolution to allocate $500 to the ACS Environmental Interns to Implement a Recycling System on Centenaryís Campus
Seconded by Senator King
Senator Russell- The satellite bin is here and benefits the whole school
Senator Stuart moves to amend the resolution lines 3, 17, 18, and 42 to read $250 and where it says 170 to read 85. I divided the bins by half b/c in my opinion not all 170 suites will participate, I think half of the students is a better estimate.

Senator Russell moves to take off the table Resolution 0506_07 Resolution 0506_07 Resolution to allocate $1996.10 to RHA to help fund attendance to SWACURH
Seconded by Senator Ward
Senator Ward moves to amend lines 3 and 33 to $1680.08 (passes out hand out on how we got that figure.) They are paying for the registration. The transportation is the same. Iím cutting the people down to 10 people, b/c thatís what they really need to be effective. That cuts need for one room, so I cut one room from the cost and thatís where I got the figure.
Senator Cook- I donít remember, but is there a reason that they need 12.
Advisor Delaney- there are 5 people from RHA required, and one NRHH representative.
King yields his time to Meg Polito
Meg Polito(RHA member)- there are at least 20 programs at a time, there is a minimum needed in the board room.
Senator Monette- what is the minimum number of people required in each board room, one and an advisor.
Senator Boudreaux- there are five rooms and each costs 284?
Lavan- That is for the whole time, not just one night
Tan- Looking at the minutes from October 11, 2005 lines 183-186: What is the minimum number required to go?
Shelley Waits replied that there are 10 programs going on at a time
Senator Ward restates what he wants to change in the resolution

IV New Business
No new business
V. Extra Business
Update on Community Service-
Next Tuesday wear your polos b/c we will be doing the facebook forum and we will be doing face publicity that night as well
Facebook Forum-Dr. Glaros is on board and Kevin Wagner is helping as well to put the forum on and is leading a question and answer time. I am working with senator cook and mcdonald. We will need to pull together the publicity. Some people already know about the forum. We need to do publicity. We came up with four options for publicity and these are the options: facebook publicity on facebook, mail slips, global email (someone create it and send it to advisor Delaney), banners (one in sub, next to caf, and one in each residence hall) (Liz Delcamp suggest we can do it in the newspaper. I need people to take care of it. We will do all five of these options. Russell will take care of the Global, Thursday and then one on Monday. King will do the facebook invite. Lusted and Williams will do the mail slips. Boudreaux would like to draw some signs. Senator Will and Rougely will help make signs. Have banners up by Thursday. Senator Nguyen will help as well. King put the facebook thing out by Thursday. Mail in by Monday. Stay after meeting if you are helping.

We need to start working on goals 2 and 3.
Lavan needs constitution and bylaws committee to stay later.
