Virginia Kilpatrick Shehee, Shreveport, La., on May 10, 2005, was elected chair of the Board of Directors of International Star, Inc., a company that is primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of precious metals mineral properties. She is also a longtime member of the Centenary Board of Trustees.

1948

William “Bill” McCleary, Shreveport, is a board member of the North Louisiana Historical Association. Other Centenary alums on the board are Beverly Smith ’64 of Homer and Gay Griffith Means ’63 of Shreveport.
