Your goal this week is to solve the crytpogram SKEETER + CLASS = ALGEBRA. Here, each letter stands for a distinct number from the set 0, 1, 2, .., 9. No number is associated with more than one letter.
Solution
The solution was 4977271 + 60544 = 5037815, with most people using a trial and error technique. Jared Latiolais gave an interesting explanation for the first few deductions. Susan Edwards earned 3 points plus a one point bonus for first correct answer. Jared, Brent Krise, and Holt Perry each earned three points for their answer.
