Centenary publications are reviewed by Marketing & Communication to maintain a consistent visual identity. Our services include designing print pieces such as posters and invitations and developing digital graphics such as custom logos and social media graphics. Submit a Job Request form here.
Tips & Guidelines
Do you need our assistance with a project? Below are some helpful suggestions:
Please start your project with plenty of time. Turnaround time is normally two to four weeks.
Submit a request!
If an event involves multiple items, submit a separate job request for each item here.
Submit any content such as text and/or high-resolution art you want included with the project request or in an email as soon as possible.
Carefully proofread and return all approved proofs to Marketing & Communication in a timely manner.
We’ve formed a partnership with Allegra Marketing so that faculty and staff can directly order their business cards. Allegra has the template and artwork for the Centenary business card, all you need to do is supply them with your information (name, title, phone numbers, email address). You should email the information to email, and copy Sherry Heflin (email) on your order. A standard order is for 500 business cards. When your business cards arrive, we’ll email you promptly to let you know.
ALL NAMETAGS SHOULD BE REQUESTED THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION. If you need a new nametag, submit a request online and include your name and title. For Centenary alumni, don’t forget to include the year you graduated!
