Second Northwest Louisiana Artists’ Triennial Competition

During the 2006-2007 season, the Meadows Museum of Art initiated The First Northwest Louisiana Artists’ Triennial Competition to highlight the art produced by contemporary working artists in the Northwest region of the state and to network these artists with other artists, arts professionals, and collectors throughout Louisiana. The Meadows Museum of Art is happy to continue this established tradition by presenting The Second Northwest Louisiana Artists’ Triennial Competition as part of the 2009-2010 exhibition schedule. The Second Northwest Louisiana Artists’ Triennial Competition will be juried by Louisiana collectors David and Nicole Holcombe and Louisiana artist Maria Lopez.
