Named the youngest recipient of the Bentley Sloane Alumni Award given by Centenary’s Christian Leadership Center, Drew Sutton has fused his passion for technology and ministry to serve the local church in this digital age. At Centenary, Drew was elected president of the Student Government Association and was voted Homecoming King and Pacesetter while earning his degree in communication. Since graduation, Drew has served as Director of Media and Communications and Technology Coordinator at two Shreveport churches, utilizing cutting-edge technology to share the gospel with others. Drew supervises multimedia at Louisiana’s Annual Conference and just completed a documentary of how Hurricane Katrina affected United Methodist churches in the New Orleans area.
