Author Dr. Marsha Recknagel to Speak at Centenary College on Nov. 9

SHREVEPORT, LA – Shreveport native Dr. Marsha Recknagel will read from her best-selling memoir, If Nights Could Talk: A Family Memoir, and answer audience questions on Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. in Centenary's Kilpatrick Auditorium. Kilpatrick is located in the Smith Building on the corner of Woodlawn and Kings Highway.

Dr. Recknagel is currently a professor of creative writing at Rice University in Houston.

The reading is being sponsored by Sigma Tau Delta, Centenary’s English honor society, and is free and open to the public.
