Focus Gallery: Passages on Exhibit at Meadows Museum

SHREVEPORT, La. — Centenary College's Meadows Museum of Art hosts a new exhibition Focus Gallery: Chris Kelly, Passages now through Sunday, May 3. The ceramics and sculpture exhibit is accompanied by a calendar of events that includes workshops, lecture, docent meeting and artist circle.

  • Saturday, March 7
    Raku Process (Workshop)
    Chris Kelly, ceramicist
    10 a.m. – noon on the grounds of the Meadows Museum and the Centenary College Art Department
  • Sunday, March 8
    Passages (lecture)

    2—3 p.m. in the museum galleries
    Light refreshments served
  • Monday, March 9
    Docent meeting: Echizen Potteries in Japan
    9:30 – noon in the museum galleries

Meadows Museum of Art is located on the campus of Centenary College of Louisiana at 2911 Centenary Boulevard in Shreveport, La. The Museum is open to the general public from noon-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; from noon-5 p.m. on Thursday; and from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The Museum is closed on Mondays.
