Centenary Archives presents "Permission to Publish"
SHREVEPORT, LA — Centenary's Archives and Special Collections presents a new exhibit Permission to Publish: Material from Centenary College's Archives on display now in the Whited Room lobby of Bynum Commons from April through July. The exhibit honors recent publications utilizing material from Centenary's Archives and Special Collections.
Permission to Publish will be on display from now through July.
Items on display reflect primary sources selected by six researchers for books published during the last year. Material related to Centenary covers topics including the 1880s Union Literary Society, the College's 1930s boxing and football teams, and the tornado that struck campus in 1940.
