Student Instructions for Banner Web
What You Can View
The Web for Students is divided into a public area that contains options to view a directory, the college catalog, or the schedule of classes. There is also an option to log on to a secured area that is accessible only by using an identification number and a personal pin number. Students can now view information concerning their educational records on the web. You may choose from an option to view your personal information, your student records and financial aid or, if you are a student employee, employee services. This means that you can check to see if you have any holds, you can view your schedule or transcript, you can check payments, etc. You will also be able to view your permanent address or your off-campus address. You will be able to register in your advisor's office. All of these enhancements will enable you, the student, to have ready access to your student records.
Your Personality Responsibility to Maintain the Security of your Records
Each student has a student identification number. You will also select a personal pin number to use for your access to the Web. It is your responsibility to maintain the same security for your identification number and your pin number that you do for your bank pin numbers. Remember that you will have access to all of your academic and financial information, so you must protect your privacy.

Registration
- Select a term. All of the Registration section is keyed to a term, so you must always select a term.
- Check your registration status to see if you have holds, determine your registration ticket time, or see if you are eligible to register. Students who have withdrawn from Centenary College during a semester must apply for readmission. Students who have dropped out for a semester must also apply for readmission in order to register.
- Register for classes. You must meet with your advisor to schedule your classes. Your advisor will need for you to enter your pin number. Access to the registration site is restricted to your registration ticket time. (Holds will prevent your registration.)
- View your schedule, either by day & time or in detail. (Holds will prevent access to your schedule.)
- Check fee assessment for your fee assessments or your account balance.
Financial Aid
View your financial aid status. You will still need to see the Financial Aid Office to make sure that all documents relating to your financial aid, including scholarships, grants and loans have been received. It is your responsibility to contact the financial aid office to determine your continued eligibility for financial aid.
Student Records
View your transcript. You can select to view your academic record at Centenary. (Holds will prevent access to your transcript.)
This document contains the information on your official transcript, but it may not be represented as an official transcript to any agency or institution. Such representation would constitute fraud on your part. Students must submit a signed request to obtain an official, certified transcript to present to outside agencies or institutions.
Employee Services
Students who have been employed at Centenary College may access information concerning their benefits, job information, pay stubs or tax information. The employee services option will not be displayed if you have not been employed by Centenary College.
Alumni Services
This option may displayed, even if you have not graduated from Centenary. If you have made donations, to the college, you may view your giving history at this site.
