Verification of Enrollment

One week after the last day to enroll all undergraduate students are sent a letter of verification. These letters go to their campus school boxes. If a student misplaces the letter a replacement can be obtained by filling out a Request for Letter of Verification and bringing it by the Registrar's Office or faxing it to (318) 841-7266. We cannot fax Letters of Verification.

For verifications for any purpose other than insurance please contact the National Student Clearinghouse. Our institution has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all verifications of student enrollment.
