Centenary offers many opportunities for worship, Bible study, fellowship and discussion. Most religious life groups meet on a weekly basis and are usually led by Centenary students. If you are looking for a place to enrich your spirituality in a faithful community of peers, then plug into an opportunity that interests you.

Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM)

Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) is sponsored by area Baptist churches and provides students with opportunities to be involved in leadership, METRO (weekly corporate worship), small group Bible study, discipleship, mission projects and social events. METRO meets every Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the BCM building on the LSU-S campus. Canterbury House

Canterbury House is the Episcopal Church on Centenary's campus, located at the corner of Wilkinson and Woodlawn directly across from Marjorie Lyons Playhouse Theatre. It is open to all who would like to worship, gather with friends or consult the chapain, Fr. Ben Songy. There is an informal Eucharist every Tuesday at 5 p.m. followed by a meal provided by a local Episcopal church. For more information, e-mail Fr. Catholic Student Organization

Catholic Student Organization offers opportunities for Centenary's Catholic students to gather together on a weekly basis and to reach out to the community at large with service projects. We meet weekly in the Small Chapel located in Brown Chapel. Our chaplain, Father Peter Mangum from the Cathedral of St. John Berchmans, celebrates Mass and assists with other devotions throughout the year (rosary, benediction, stations of the cross, penance services). Centenary Women United

Centenary Women United is an organization sponsored by the United Methodist Church that involves small group and mission opportunities for women of Centenary College with emphasis on fellowship and prayer. Centenary Women United meets regularly and also engages with area United Methodist Women circles. Christian Leadership Center

The Christian Leadership Center offers special opportunities for full-time Centenary students who want to explore how God is calling them to live in ministry to others through both lay and clergy professions. Fellowship Of Christian Athletes

Fellowship Of Christian Athletes is an interdenominational ministry to athletes, students, coaches and faculty. FCA's mission is to give each individual the opportunity and adventure of knowing Jesus and nurturing them as they grow closer to Him. The United Methodist Student Movement

(UMSM) meets every Monday night at 7:15 p.m. in the Smith Building, Room 204. UMSM is committed to the United Methodist theme of "Open Doors, Open Hearts, Open Minds." Gatherings may include lively theological discussions, Bible study or opportunities for meditation, but always food and fellowship. Muslim Student Association

The Muslim Student Association is an organization dedicated to educating people of all faiths about the true Islam. Meetings consist of teaching the five pillars of Islam as well as discussions on the role of Jesus, the status of women, terrorism, and any other topics of interest. Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones – is an ecumenical service of praise open to all who seek to encounter God through self reflection, songs, scripture and communion. We strive to be a theologically diverse welcoming God centered community offering the love of Christ to all. Services are held every Tuesday at 11:10 a.m. in Brown Chapel and conclude with communion. Religious Life Center

Prayer Chapel Of Brown Chapel is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. for personal prayer and meditation.
