Find a Way to Help Out

  1. Make donations!
    Bring items to the Chaplain's Office in Smith 205 weekdays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Large items should be delivered on Friday, Feb. 25 to the Fitness Center. Workers will be available at the Fitness Center to help move large items on that day.

  2. Be a leader.
    Join the leadership team in organizing this event.

  3. Pile and price.
    Choose a time to help your peers sort and price items anytime between now and the rummage sale.

  4. Publicize in Shreveport/Bossier.
    Hang up flyers for publicity in the community.

  5. Give us a hand.
    Help set up on Friday, Feb. 25. Shifts will be available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  6. Be a volunteer at the sale.
    Work at the rummage sale on Saturday, Feb. 26. Shifts will be available between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  7. Support the effort and just show up!
    Come to buy and bring your friends too! Spread the word.



Other Details

All proceeds from this charitable event will go to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), supporting the ongoing disaster relief efforts in Southeast Asia.
