Information & Reservations

There are 3 guest rooms; 1 each in Hardin, James,
and Sexton Residence Halls.

Each is furnished for 2 guests (twin beds), linens
are provided.

Each room has a private bath with shower, towels
are provided.

Each room has a telephone, cable TV, small table
and dresser.

Fees for Centenary Faculty & Staff guests,
alumni, and current student guests are $35.00/night.

The guest’s name, phone number or e-mail address,
and dates of stay are required for reservations.

Keys are left in the room. Guest contact
Department of Public Safety at x 5000 to be let into the hall and room.

Campus
Maps are available by mail or fax if you are not able to view or print
online.

Guest rooms are non-smoking and all college regulations
apply (no alcohol or pets). Guests are expected to abide by the rules
and regulations outlined in the current edition of the Centenary College
Student Handbook.

If you have to cancel your reservation please
do so within 72 hours. If not, then you will be billed for the time
you reserved.

Upon check out, please leave keys in the room
with payment in the form of cash, check or money order.

Exceptions to the checkout time may be approved
in advance by the Conferences & Facilities Office.
