Guidelines for Photography
 On the Centenary College Campus


Centenary College is known for its beautiful grounds, colorful gardens, and spacious facilities.  The College is pleased in any interest in photographing the campus.  There are several sites, indoors and out, that are perfect for a wedding or family portrait, company photos, or amateur photography.  Following are the guidelines associated with all photography on the Centenary College campus.

1. All photo sessions must be scheduled through the Facilities Coordinator at 869-5015 with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

2. All photographs/captions must list that the photograph was taken at Centenary College if the photograph is to be published.

3. If the location for the photo session is indoors it must take place outside of regular working hours so as not to disturb Centenary’s students or staff.

4. All efforts must be made on the part of the guest to leave the area of the photo shoot in the same condition it was found.  No furniture or fixtures may be moved without the express written permission of the Facilities Coordinator and then only by College personnel.

5. The fee for each photo session is $35.00.  The fee must be paid in advance of the session and may be paid in cash, check made payable to Centenary College, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
