Procedures for renting athletic facilities
on the Centenary College Campus

1. Arrangements for use of Centenary College athletic fields and courts by outside teams are to be made with the Conference and Facilities Coordinator at 869-5015, not Athletic Director or coaches.

2. A Certificate of Insurance covering Centenary College is required before a contract will be signed.  A copy of the certificate of insurance must accompany the contract and is due to the Conference & Facilities Office no later than one (1) month prior to event.

3. A refundable deposit is due when the contract is signed.

4. Checks or money order made out to Centenary College is the desired payment method; credit cards will not be accepted unless pre-approved by Conference & Facilities Coordinator.

5. Each facility can be rented by the game/practice or by the day.  Practice times will be charged.  A list of games and practices, including dates and times is required at the time the contract is signed.  If practices are added, then the Conference & Facility Coordinator must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

6. The contracted facility can only be used on the scheduled days and times.  Security will be notified of facility use.  Teams or individuals using Centenary Facilities without a contract will be escorted off property.

7. Fees to use Centenary athletic facilities are agreed upon when contract is sent (additional fees can be charged for security, facilities, grounds, preparation, and clean-up).

Gold Dome (basketball and volleyball courts)
Baseball Field
Softball Field
Soccer Field
Tennis Courts
