Student Responsibilities
Provision of Information
- The student is responsible to provide accurate and complete information about present complaints, past illnesses, hospitalizations, medications, and other health matters.
- The student is responsible for reporting unexpected changes in condition.
- The student is responsible for making it known if there is a lack of understanding of plan of care.
Compliance with Instructions
- The student is responsible for following the treatment plan including follow up care recommended by Health Services.
Refusal of Treatment
- The student is responsible for individual actions if treatment is refused, or not followed.
Health Service Rules and Regulations
- The student is responsible for following the rules and regulations of Health Services
Respect and Consideration
- The student is responsible for being considerate of the rights or other students, and Health Service employees.
- The student is responsible for being respectful to Health Service property.
