We take fun seriously and know it's important that students have a good time and find a balanced, healthy lifestyle right here on campus.

Campus Recreation sponsors a series of FREE co-recreational activities for students throughout the year.
Group Fitness
Centenary Group Fitness Classes offer a great workout and a chance to interact with your peers in a healthy, fun-filled environment. Whether you are looking for a mid-day or evening workout, the Fitness Center has the class for you.
The following classes are free for all Centenary students, faculty, staff and fitness center members.
Body Blast, Hip Hop Aerobics, Karate, Pilates, Spin, Yoga
Intramurals

Intramurals provide an opportunity for participation in organized team and individual sports at various skill levels. A diverse schedule of team and individual tournaments/special events allow students, faculty and staff to compete against others in Men’s, Women’s, and Co-Rec divisions of play.
Sport Clubs
Club sports. Non-NCAA sports activities including...Lacrosse, Cycling, and Fencing.
Fitness Center
Our modernized Fitness Center features a natatorium, basketball courts, racquetball courts, 1/10th mile track, a workout room (with Nautilus machines, free weights, and a variety of treadmills, step machines, etc.), dance studio, aerobics room, and full locker rooms with showers and sauna.
