
Centenary Fitness Classes offer a great workout and a chance to interact with your peers in a healthy, fun-filled environment! Whether you are looking for a morning, mid-day, or evening workout, the Fitness Center has the class for you!
The following classes are free for all Centenary students and faculty/staff, and Centenary Fitness Center members. Daily guests are welcomed to join as well!!

4:30-5:30pm: Indoor Cycling
6-7pm: Zumba®

7:15-7:45am: Total Body
11:15-11:45am: Boot Camp
12-1pm: Yoga
5:15-5:45pm: Boot Camp
