Equipment Orientation

Not really sure how to use some of our fitness equipment? Not really interested in personal training? Well, we have the help! Inquire today and we will set you up an equipment orientation meeting with one of our knowledgeable staff! We want all of our fitness patrons to be as comfortable and familiar as possible with our equipment so we can ensure that they will have a good and safe workout.

Fitness Assessments

Do you need to know where you stand as far as with your body weight and composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility? Come meet with our knowledgeable and experienced health-fitness staff and have a comprehensive basic fitness assessment done to see where you stand with your overall physical fitness!

The basic fitness assessment includes:

  1. Body weight and BMI calculation
  2. 7-site Skinfold and Body Fat % calculation
  3. Body Circumference appraisal
  4. Graded-Exercise Treadmill or Bike test and “Predicted” VO2max appraisal
  5. 1-minute Crunch test
  6. Push-up Max test or Hand-Grip Strength test
  7. Wall Squat test
  8. Sit-and-Reach test

With these measurements, our health-fitness staff can develop you an exercise program or regime to help you meet your health and fitness goals!

Our trainers can help your reach your health and fitness goals, and help you overall feel better with yourself! All of our trainers are exercise science/biology degree-credited or degree-seeking and/or certified health-fitness professionals. They have the knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm you need to instruct you through your workouts!
