Things We Do
The web developer and web designer are responsible for facilitating the wide variety of web-based and web-related technologies that Centenary uses to communicate with both external and internal audiences. Work includes the provision of web editing tools, management of some web content, web-based graphic design, and programming of web-based applications.
We will also help the campus work with production of audio and video presentations in various multimedia contexts.
A Few Things We Don't Do
While we do a lot of web related tasks, Information Technology (IT) is responsible for the following: Blackboard, Banner, network access, and email accounts (including things like passwords). If your issue is with one of those items, a good place to start would be the IT Help area.
Contact
To start a new work request, use our job request form to contact us. Use of this form sends us an email with enough information to get the ball rolling on your task. More generally, email is our preferred means for handling any extended communication — it has the advantage of being self-documenting.
