Web & New Media Job Request

After reading through the considerations below, use the form at the bottom to request web and multimedia related jobs.

Considerations

Stuff We Do: Web Jobs

In general, anything to do with the content and applications hosted upon www.centenary.edu and secure.centenary.edu is fairly addressed to us, except as outlined to the right. We also deal with a variety of multimedia tasks, occasionally producing videos, audio files, interactive applications, and other multimedia.

If you're in doubt as to whether your task is within our purview (check the "Stuff We Don't Do" list to the right), feel free to go ahead and use the form to make your initial request. If it's not a task for us, we'll try to help you figure out where to go next.

Print Jobs and Other Marketing

Print-oriented jobs or issues of media contact go to our Marketing & Communication colleagues via the Marketing Job Request form.

About Timelines

We'll try to fit in your request as soon as possible, but realize that the sooner you contact us about something, the higher the likelihood we can complete it prior to your due date. Because the website is used to serve the needs of so many constituents, job requests are not necessarily handled on a first-come, first-served basis, but rather are fit into a very fluid set of shifting priorities, unanticipated issues, and longer term strategies for improving the site.
