The following classes are free for all Centenary students and faculty/staff, and Centenary Fitness Center members. Daily guests are welcomed to join as well. See the full calendar here.

Monday:
12:00-1:00pm: Pilates
Core conditioning focusing primarily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles. Located in the aerobics studio.

7:30 - 8:30pm: Karate
Located in the dance studio. 

Tuesday:
12:00-1:00pm: Yoga
For those who have never tried yoga before as well as more seasoned participants. Beginners will be introduced to the basic principles of yoga and begin to strengthen the mind and body. More advanced participants will also find a great strengthening workout with instructor led modifications. Located in dance studio.

 

Wednesday:
12:00-1:00pm: Pilates
