Pilates

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
12:00-1:00pm: 
Core conditioning focusing primarily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles. Located in the aerobics studio.

 

Yoga

Tuesday, Thursday
12:00-1:00pm
For those who have never tried yoga before as well as more seasoned participants. Beginners will be introduced to the basic principles of yoga and begin to strengthen the mind and body. More advanced participants will also find a great strengthening workout with instructor led modifications. Located in dance studio.

 

Jiu Jitsu

Tues & Thursday 6:00pm - 7:30pm and Saturday 10:00am - noon

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ is a martial art based on grappling and ground fighting, focusing on the skill of controlling one’s opponent through techniques that force him or her to submit. This class is for first timers and experienced. Learn more and see the full schedule here.
