Sessions are held in the indoor swimming pool on the first floor of the Fitness Center.

Your child will learn all of the skills listed in each level by the end of their session.
If your child knows how to complete some of the skills but not all of them in a level, then we suggest you begin your child in that level. If you are unsure which level your child would fall under, note that on the application, and our instructor will call you to help you decide where your child should be placed.
Level 1 – Get face wet, supported float on the front, supported float on the back, blowing bubbles, assisted kick-front and back, jump into the pool-assisted, and introduce arm pull.
Level 2 - Fully submerge face, shallow water bobbing, front and back float-5 seconds, introduce rhythmic breathing, flutter kick-front and back, combined stroke-front, jump in shallow water-unassisted.
Level 3 - Retrieve objects from bottom of shallow pool, rhythmic breathing-on wall and kickboard, front crawl-5 yards, elementary backstroke-15 yards, reverse direction-front/back, tread water-30seconds, swim underwater-5 yards.
Level 4 - Swim underwater-10 yards, front and back crawl-15 yards, breaststroke kick, deep water bobbing, tread water-2 min, jump into deep water.
Session 1 - February 13th - 23rd
Session 2 - March 6th - 16th
Session 3 - March 20th - 31st
Session 4 - April 3rd - 13th.
