The CFNLA Office Manager oversees and coordinates the daily functions of the Foundation office. In addition, the Office Manager ensures the goals of the Foundation are accomplished in a professional, efficient, and timely manner, through careful planning and management.

Looking for one or two dependable and responsible people to assist with care of 10 horses on our 12 acre farm. Options for part and full-time are available; work schedule is flexible depending on classes. Located just 15 minutes fromLSUS campus. Prefer people with experience with horses or animal care, but willing to train. Responsibilities include feeding, watering, turnout, and any specialized care for the horses. Under the direct supervision of the Camp Director, and in accordance with the Association's and Branch's policies and procedures, the Counselor provides direct supervision of a group of children in a seasonal day camp.
The Counselor must be at least 17 years old, have experience supervising children and have a background in camping or outdoor education. The Counselor must present an appearance and image consistent with the YMCA. A high school education and one year work experience is desirable. Counselors must have current Adult and Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certifications. The Counselor must be capable of maintaining harmonious relationships with staff, participants and the general public. The Counselor must promote a positive environment with children, staff, and parents. The Counselor must appreciate the needs of the children. The Counselor must be patient and enthusiastic. The Counselor must not have a criminal background.

What Does A Medical Scribe Do?
You are the physician’s right-hand woman or man. In short, you are responsible for recording and translating the interaction between your physicians and their patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) in an accurate and timely manner. You can also expect to perform other related duties as needed to improve provider efficiency and patient satisfaction.
What Does It Take To Be A Medical Scribe?

High school diploma
Healthcare-focused college sophomore status or higher
Freshman are considered if you have completed Medical Terminology and/or Anatomy & Physiology
Ability to work at least 2 shifts (or 16 hours) per week for 6 months
We strongly prefer:
Pre-health career track
Familiarity with clinical procedures
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology
Keyboard proficiency (60 wpm)
Ideally, our scribes possess:
High professional and ethical standards
Cognizance of delicate and confidential patient information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
And the ability to:
Work in a dynamic, highly stressful environment
Observe and draft an accurate and cogent account of events
Learn and apply basic medical terminologies and techniques
Communicate and interact professionally with others

Common Ground Relief plants approximately 5,500 bottomland hardwood trees and complete nearly 20 miles of shoreline restoration each year. We provide housing, meals and project coordination for groups staying on-site with us.
