A growing Real Estate company is seeking an Office Clerk Assistant/Data Entry to help us with the daily operations of our business.We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic with a very positive outgoing personality and with a willingness to learn more and the ability to multi-task. This is a part time position and needed as soon as possible.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
-Maintain and manage maintenance work orders
-Answer in-coming calls and telephone inquiries, and respond to emails in a timely manner
-Prepare listing materials and paperwork
-Data entry and paper and electronic file organization
-General administrative activities
-Oversee closing timelines and possession schedules
-Many additional duties as required to get the job done.
-Excellent communication, phone and time management skills
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Take directions well from management
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and work well in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
-Skilled in MS office (Excel, Word), Google Apps, Gmail, etc.
-Proficient in general computing, internet research, and HTML.
Keyboard/type 50 wpm, fast and accurate data entry skills
Attention to Detail,Dependable,Quick learner.
Monitoring daily schedules.
We are looking for positive and friendly candidates who will assist and provide support to our staff. While you are assisting us,you will actually be helping yourself as you learn.
Salary - $30/hr
Hours - 18-20/wk
