The following sets forth a non-exhaustive list of potential remedies for complainants, which the School may impose. Possible sanctions include formal warnings, probation, loss of privileges, fines, restitution, discretionary sanctions, residential separation (temporary or permanent), exclusions from certain activities and/or certain areas of or locations on campus, suspension, and expulsion.

The School may provide immediate steps and interim measures to ensure the safety and well-being of the complainant, such as confidential counseling and support, assistance with general medical services, access to confidential medical services, academic support, leave of absence requests, no contact orders, and residence life support.
