As Centenary celebrates Founders' Day this week, I find this a perfect time to reflect upon the past, the present, and the future of the College. It is important to both preserve Centenary's traditions and move forward into a dynamic and rapidly changing world. Gifts from supporters are a vital part of our planning for Centenary's third century and we have several special opportunities for giving.

Thanks to the generosity of alumni, students, parents, and friends, the Centenary Athletics Club has raised more than $70,000 to support special projects including locker room upgrades, new equipment, and technology that enhances the competitiveness of our Ladies and Gents. You can read more about the Athletics initiatives in the story below.

As a way to meet the demand for one of the College's most crucial needs, the Labor Omnia Vincit Scholarship program provides crucial annual support for our Centenary students. As alumni, you probably remember how important scholarships were during your own time at the College. These scholarships recognize a significant commitment to assisting students in achieving their goal of a great Centenary education.

We continue to celebrate the long history of those who laid the foundation of the College: professors, students, friends, and alumni of the distant and recent past. Thank you for all that you do in helping to advance the mission of Centenary College.
