Welcome to Centenary! It is our pleasure to welcome you to Centenary College and the vibrant city of Shreveport, Louisiana.

The mission of the Office of the Dean of Student Life is to enhance the academic climate of the campus by contributing to the intellectual and interpersonal development of the students in both curricular and co-curricular realms.

The Dean of Student Life Office is a resource for student concerns, supports students in all aspects of their lives, and assists students in their development as individuals and as members of the community. We coordinate the activities of Residence Life and Student Involvement.

In addition to serving as a resource for students, the Dean of Student Life Office promulgates standards and expectations for the student community (see The Student Handbook), monitors student behavior, administers the Code of Student Conduct, and oversees the College's judicial process.

The Student Life Office also serves as liaison with various college constituents including parents, the Department of Public Safety, Office of the Provost and the Department of Athletics.
